The challenge: one catalogue, two ERPs
Article numbers, prices and stock in AGP. New processes, customer management and orders in Solvisoft. But what if you change a price? Add a new article? Switch suppliers? With separate exports between systems, every small change was a manual dance — and version drift lurked at every step.

Skwirrel takes the source data from AGP, structures it into a shared catalogue, and delivers it in the right format to Solvisoft. Bi-directional, real-time, with version control on every change. AES now has one place where product data belongs — and two ERP environments that always show the most current information.
Not just migrate — improve
The transition was also an opportunity. During synchronization, articles were enriched with extra attributes, product images and certificates. What had 18 attributes in AGP now has 32 attributes in Skwirrel — directly available in Solvisoft, in the web shop, and toward customer portals.
Without Skwirrel we would have faced the choice: migrate everything at once, or maintain two truths forever. Skwirrel makes neither necessary.
