For Interduct too, structured management of products and product data is crucial. Their ERP package did offer some PIM features, but they were limited — not enough to really compete in the market.
From importing to insight and overview
When Interduct started looking for a PIM system, all product information was still 'fiddly' organized in their ERP. A lot of importing, exporting and occasionally losing track. The ultimate goal of insight and overview wasn't being reached — so the search for a PIM system began.
Short search, lasting result
Interduct works with a large volume of technical products. Beyond structure in product and data management, an integration with 2BA was essential. They also wanted better ways to serve their selling points — own web shops, bol.com — from product data.
Skwirrel offers a solid base system with 2BA integration, on top of which custom work can be organized. Interduct needed multi-language content to serve all channels. That feature — which didn't yet exist — was developed and rolled out to all Skwirrel customers.
A great collaboration
The Skwirrel implementation resulted in scalability, flexibility and overview. We've been working for over 10 years now with our biggest fan from day one. The collaboration is smooth and pragmatic — with enough time for a joke, because that too describes the years-long partnership well.
It's already 6 years since we were looking for a PIM. We quickly got in touch with Jeroen, a 'subject-matter obsessive' with whom we knew right away: we're in good hands here. Skwirrel needs little context and takes a pragmatic approach. By now Skwirrel is unthinkable to remove from our IT architecture. Custom work can be done quickly and scalably with Skwirrel — which makes them the ideal partner for building a solid PIM foundation.
Way back, way forward.
